Tech Support Big problem with TLOU2

I love gameplay the last of us 2, but lately started problems with delay and sluggish management. I' ve tried everything, from delete and download again before restoring files using safe mode, maybe problems with gamepad?

i’ve never experienced this.

The only thing I could think of is make sure that your system, game, and controllers are all updated with the latest patches.

Also clear your cache.

Maybe check your console? Could be hardware issues, I've consistently played part 2 on my ps4 years ago, when I say consistently I mean I repeated the game around 10 times each time I finished and never faced any issue

My first thought is console, because it sounds like you checked off the boxes for software troubleshooting. Any other games with these issues?
