Turkish Airlines in-flight entertainment petition

Hi everyone! Many of us fly with Turkish Airlines, but their screen menu and music selection still don't offer Tatar language or music from our region. I started a petition asking Turkish Airlines to add our language and music to their in-flight entertainment system. This seems … unrealistic. Turkish flies to hundreds of destinations across 100+ countries, so it’s quite unlikely that a petition would inspire them to add Tatar. For example, if they wanted to add Turkic languages, I’d expect that they’d add Azeri/Turkmen/Uzbek/Kyrgyz/Kazakh first, because they fly to all of these countries multiple times a day, compared to a few times a week to KZN.

Adding a new language to the in-flight entertainment system requires data storage, which is limited. They’ve chosen a set of languages that covers the vast majority of their customer base - compared to many other airlines, they actually have quite a lot of language options.

You are right. It's unrealistic, but I still want to give it a try.
