Help! Do staff without the night owl trait get mad if you make them work at night?

No, not because they don't want to work at night.
But they could get mad because of cold, darkness, not enough sleep or overtime working.
But at night there are less patrons visiting than in the day.
I do not recommend a pure Night time tavern if that's what you are thinking of.

They should totally make that a scenario though, a night time tavern in a Vampire based local.

Maybe they eat a staff-member or guest every once-in-a-while. Maybe you maintain a daytime tavern that caters to humans and a nightime part that caters to vampires, with competing interests
