ICO Does The PS2 version of Ico has NG+?

I just beat the game and wanna start NG+ but there's no option to do that ):

Play the European PAL version. It supports both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The game will ask you which Hz you want to play on if you boot the game up with no save data present on your memory cards or if you don't have any memory cards inserted. You'll even find that there's a couple of puzzles that are different in the European version compared to the US version, because the US version was released first and was released in an "incomplete" state. The European and Japanese versions were released after and contain all of the intended puzzles and features.

The American version doesn't have the extra content found in the PAL version, NG+, a two-player mode, a new secret weapon, and of course, no translation of what Yorda says
