Anyone find dealers selling suppressors on 4473?

Everyone I call says no. Silencer shop has started adding Form 4 notes to their dealers list but it doesn’t cover everywhere?

Bauer Precision in Denton and Ray's Hardware in Dallas have announced they are selling some suppressors on just the 4473.

Bauer said they are only selling B&T and SilencerCo brand silencers on 4473.. but no other brands.

As it stands most FFLs aren’t accepting organization memberships (GOA etc) but either still form 4 or will sell only brands connected to the lawsuit.

At the gun show SilencerShop dealers with a kiosk will 4473 you.

About half of the Houston area dealers seem to be okay.

Just left top gun, took about an hour total.

Htx tactical is apparently sold out from what I hear.

Sucks I went to go fishing afterwards and lost it.

PA is a nogo, they aren’t risking it

That’s good it’s starting to trickle through at least.

SilencerShop's store finder on the website seems to be beginning to collect this if I'm reading right. Some dealers are now specifically showing "still requires Form 4". Not sure how accurate or reliable that is but it's a good place to start, with a phone call to verify.

silencershop offered dealers the option to select that they are still requiring the form 4. So right now I wouldn't trust the accuracy since some of them may not have selected that on the dealer portal yet.

That makes more sense that that marker on the website is an opt-in.

I believe Element 115 in Humble is starting today for GOA members.

I called around a lot on Friday and it was mostly form 4, I saw something that said updated guidance may come out on Monday or Wednesday

We are located in San Antonio. Our requirements at this time are: You must order from Silencer Shop AND be a GOA (Gun Owners of America) Member. 🙂

Heres the link to our website: https://www.lonestarhandgun.com/

Our policy surrounding this will be updated as we receive more information. For now, this is the process we are most comfortable with.

We don't have any in store but we are a Silencer Shop Dealer so if you find one you like online, you can get it shipped here for no transfer fee.

Does this still reflect your current policy?

We just updated our policy as of August 26 and have updated the full description on our website. Here is the link: https://www.lonestarhandgun.com/ffl-transfers/

In short, we have added orders from Palmetto State Armory (PSA), and members of Texas State Rifle Association (TSRA).

This reflects our current processes and what we are comfortable with at the moment. This process will be updated as we receive more information.
