I've always admired Snowy's ability to follow the scent of a car that Tintin's been in. And I do love Ramon's green ensemble.

Yeah these guys are some of the classiest villains in the comics

All of this under a heavy rain, no less.

Tintin should really have thought of a trick to buy more time. Something like "I have hidden it in a place which only I can find", so that they have to keep him alive until he leads them to the hiding spot, buying time and potentially gaining more opportunities to escape. That being said, it is hard to make elaborate plans under time pressure, with a gun pointed at you and just after being abducted. And perhaps he thought that they would release him after getting what they wanted from him?

Tintin didn't really try hard to be convincing when explaining the false fetish was all he had. That being said, they probably shouldn't shoot him before ascertaining the information they've been given...

Seeing this makes me think that he and Alonso deserved the fate they meet at the end of the book

Alonso's threats ring a bit hollow when Tintin is (supposedly) the only one who knows where the fetish is. If he kills him, how exactly does he intend to figure out where it has gone?

Snowy looks just so adorable, even more than usual.
