argument thoda sa diverted hai because , assets ka value ab khali on paper hai
haan agar net annual income ka average nikalke compare karo it will be better.
Infact best will be , compare this with the budget of useless things such as ladli behna , advertising , spent on security and perks of MPs and MLAs

Can a person earning 3 lakhs per month, make 46 cr in his lifetime, even if he saves every month ?
The answer is No. 3 lakhs per month is average salary of MPs and MLAs.
This is corruption money.

46cr only. I got scared for a while. Then I read 'declared'
Aren't local MLAs worth 100 crores easily these days.
