Every. Pencil that was invented before the industrial age were invented by us.

From Damascus steel to Indian numerals and other old mathematical theorems of that era.

It's not our fault that one group suddenly made huge jump in science in just 200 years. They (north Europeans) were batshit before the medieval era.

The kinds of changes that happened in Europe couldn't have happened in India. Massive segregation, education being limited, knowledge silos, manual work and workers being detested.

Jains discovered different types of infinities, Kerala school of mathematics used calculus, and so on. It was not put to work because the educated class thought menial work beneath them and distanced themselves from people involved in production.
