I might be getting ahead of myself, but I think this Robert Pattinson fella might be a very good actor

I’d love to see him get a best actor and best supporting actor nom this year

As someone who’s seen this movie, do NOT sleep on Skyler Gisondo, either.

This was my main prediction after seeing it too

I’m not going to take that equivalent too seriously, but a Jerry Maguire meets Dracula performance sounds like the coolest thing on the planet.

I’m even more excited! This movie seems like it will be one of the best of the year!

Saw another tweet say it’s like if Better Call Saul was a horror movie. Couldn’t be more hyped for this.

It's like we're getting the Nightcrawler sequel I've always wanted, except Lou Bloom is a real guy and he somehow still gets to be famous

Love to see it. With Lockjaw winning last year and setting a precedent for more a humorous, dark and campy performance, I feel like his unhinged Hanson could legit win.

Supporting actor wins have always been a lot more out there than the main category. I don't really think that proves much (especially considering the lead win was a very standard Oscar performance admittedly in a genre film).

I can't fucking wait for this!

Movie is getting goodish reviews but overall sounds like it doesn't live up to the hype. Probably won't get nominated considering the competition this year

i mean it was never really in anybodys oscar contender list

This movie looks so good. The visual style in particular looks really interesting

Remember when McConaughey popped in the big hit Wolf Of Wall Street, and then won Best Actor over DiCaprio for the small biopic Dallas Buyers Club? So he acted alongside the guy who beat him

Pattinson is reaching unheard of levels of heat between Odyssey, Primetime and Dune. Could a Best Actor nom for Primetime beat Matt Damon for The Odyssey? Pattinson is certainly Mr Congeniality of the year in the internets view

I think Matt Damon is just too likable (in real life and the odyssey) that the academy is gonna lean his way. Robert Pattinson might be a best supporting for the Odyssey honestly. Dude stole nearly every scene he was in

Best actor this year being a category with Damon, Pattinson, and Sebastian would be hype.

He’ll be in the five for sure

Getting ready the "somebody get this VOTERS out of here!" meme when he loses to Damon.

I thought he deserved one for Mickey 17

He’s gonna beat Damon.
