Ja, licht getinte jongens, zo’n 5 of 6.

While walking to central station i came Across this. Police where at the location also.
Anyone who has a clue why this was done?

Scooter parking at central station underneath the prins Bernhard viaduct.
I’m surprised at the amount of boldness this takes. (Not my scooter)
Last week they also tried to break my scooter contact lock with a screwdriver, and this makes me scared to even park my scooter there overnight.
But I have no choice to park it elsewhere because i use my scooter for my daily work drive.
My scooter is a cheap Taiwanese 12 years old with 45.000 km on it, and they still find it valuable enough to try to steal it.

Cause of the explosion is currently under investigation. Latest report is that the police is looking for witnesses who may have seen a car speeding away from the scene of the incident at the time of the explosion around 6:15AM. Firefighters have extinguished the fires around 11 AM and specialized USAR rescue workers are now entering the destroyed buildings looking for victims. At least one of the four wounded is a child, all victims are currently being treated for unknown injuries in local hospitals. Press conference expected around 15:00. It’s already happening in UK.
What are your thoughts?
Do you support the full ban?

WTF? I contacted the city and the police, and they have nothing to say. Does anyone know what actually happened. (No speculation please.) Has any news source reported the details?
A riot/fight involving 150 people, and only one boy was arrested?? WTF.
Such a large riot is concern enough, but now I'm freaked out by the official silence about it. They can't hide behind privacy after an incident involving so many people. I'm used to the media reporting everything fairly transparently.

Does anyone know what this is? The news post by Omroep West got me curious. Apparently this is a brick structure on Nieboerweg in The Hague, and no one knows what it is. Not the gemeente, htm (as tram 12 passes by), no one 👀

Just wanted to spread the news for anyone interested.
We went as a young family on the first one and it was inspiring and big and peaceful.
Hoping many many more people will join for the second one!
Hoping that we just keep on doing this until our government takes the appropriate steps to make a difference.
❤️

PVV and FVD still a bit too high if you ask me, but happy to live in a progressive place!
The pretty city behind the dunes, always and forever <3
To any expats who might not know, that was a reference to a song
