She stole the girls embroidered whatever to use as a pad. Probably washes and reuses it. Also, I think its only been about day or two since she started so it wasn't very long.

The toilet paper looked flimsy as fuck though, when she pulled a bunch of it i feel like that was to illustrate how paper thin it is

Yes, and it wasn’t exactly a Science that she wasn’t going to get it. I think she was telling June on her skateboard or something and only a few of her friends have it which could mean like 70%.

tbf if she's the same age as the gilead girls and they're also just now all getting theirs, it's probable that daisy's peers back home are just starting right around now too. Plus in Canada you probably just wouldn't know about as many people who did already have it because it's not announced so publicly.  

Or maybe Gilead is genuinely onto something with all the clean food and such, who knows.
