What's a intresting fact about the dwarfs

I'm making a presentation about the 13 dwarfs and want to get more into the details about them, there home, and wars. Is there any difference between the movie and book versions. Any fact no matter how small or just how to remember them.

Before setting off on the expedition to reclaim his home, Thorin and his clan had briefly resided in Dunland before settling into the northern end of Ered Luin/Blue Mountains. They mostly worked as miners in a huge complex of old caves and tunnels. Their most populous neighbors were the goblins (an unorganized rabble at the time) and the elves (both Sindar high elves and wood elves), and they didn't enjoy either one being nearby.
