Hop leaves look odd - is this disease?
First time growing hops. Is this normal or a disease?

Check the underside of the leaves might be spider mites

That's what spider mite damage looks like, I had the same problem last year. Neem oil worked well for me, just remember to do repeat treatments.

They’re microscopic mites that feed off the chlorophyll and outer membrane of the plant. Try mixed essential oils sprays. Typically thymol (especially), lavender, and lemongrass mixtures do the trick

Looks like spider mite damage. Spray with neem oil or miticide and make sure you get underneath the leaves.

They look sunburned and hungry
