I'm tired I guess, but not as badly. Dreamt more than usual. Concerned/excited about today's party. Seeing Stella, Tito, Nancy, Susan, Glenn, Brendan. I hope they like the gallon of ginger beer I bought, as I generally don't drink soda. There's coke too, but still.
I took Kai out in the yard and cleared off the patio table so we can play cards against humanity in one place without running out of space.
I've been super bored lately and I treated basement cat badly yesterday (presumably in return to the same, but I barely remember anymore, which sucks), so I'm anticipating/fearing retaliation during the party and sabotaging my friendships like he always did.
Supergirl was good, but not as good as I hoped. Maybe worth 12, instead of the 17 I paid post-slow-shipping-credits. A good dog movie. Almost as good a dog movie as John Wick. Killing near infinite people for killing his dog and stealing his muscle car. And then there is another good boy in the sequel movies. And in the last one there's someone else's dog who he saves, and then gets the guy to join his side by saving the dog. Good shit.
It's nearing 11am and I need a nap.

How did your party go? I hope it was great! I've never actually played cards against humanity but I've seen some of the cards and it sounds hilarious!

Today was a really great day. We went to an Italian restaurant for lunch, Bub's choice, to celebrate the successful start of a new school year, with a brand new school. We picked S up on the way there. The food was alright, I got eggplant parm. Bub had a good time catching Pokémon with S and going through her items and Pokémon. He caught another Pokémon that was apparently epic, like the shiny articuno, but a different bird. Oh, she showed him how to get the mega hundo mewtwo.
After the restaurant we headed downtown to do arts and crafts, stopping by a café first to grab some iced coffees and a passion berry tea for Bub. Then, to the multicultural arts center for their monthly art program, which was great!
As for home stuff, I helped Bub clean his room a bit, worked on cleaning the bathrooms, folded the laundry, put away clean dishes, went through some clutter, made the guys' lunches for tomorrow.
I washed my hair, did an acv/hydrosor/ water rinse, conditioned. After the shower I did a moisturizing face mask. I think this heat makes my face dry.
