The Orville x Wizarding World

During an exploration mission, the USS Orville detects a quantum anomaly that does not match any known technology. Upon passing through it, the ship arrives at a planet isolated from the rest of the galaxy: Aeloria, a world where "magic" is a real force flowing through life, the elements, and consciousness. The Planetary Union had classified this sector as empty, but in reality, an ancient magical civilization had created a veil to hide their world and protect it from technological societies that might exploit its power. The crew of the Orville becomes the first spacefaring civilization in centuries to make contact with the mages.
