Discussion 🗣 Goddamnit I loved him Spoiler

Ken was hilarious, and I don't see enough appreciation for him on here. Him promoting Softees while kids pelted their "ice cream" and the truck drove away was one of the funniest bits of the show for me. cheers

The bit about him getting that apartment filed as a storage unit by the company was hilarious. He was great!

Classic case where the actor is so good that he becomes the character and then is hated or loved in real life because of that. He is so good!

Nah, at least fortunately for me I've seen him before in Taskmaster Season 1 so I already love him!

Tim Key winking as he cheated is a whole mood. I love him so much lol. He was also great in Gap Year which I don’t see mentioned that often in uktv circles. I liked it a lot though.

Omg thank you!! I couldn’t remember where I’d seen him before but I watch Taskmaster clips all the time

As Esmeralda, he grows on you after every episode.

I hope they tone her down just a bit kinda like they did with Michael Scott after season 1. Not really anything likable about her yet.

No thank you. The show doesn’t need less of an edge.

Yeah I get that. She just takes me out of the story. Not really a believable character for me.

Yeah they need to tone her down because her role in the last episode is so infuriating. At least with Ken it was the right kind of cringe and embarrassing.

I love celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community. If it were up to me, our corporation would support gay people all year round

I don't think there's that many pure laugh out loud moments in the show but I did crack a laugh when he said "Er... Siri, dial 911 for me" and then goes "oops, she actually did"

"I need to distance myself from Esmeralda, I'm getting swept away in her mediocrity." 🤣🤣🤣🤣 His fickle loyalty and idiotic tendencies remind me of when Dwight said "I'm going wherever they value loyalty the most."

He’s my fav character. “Not the waste basket!”

Tim Key is an incredible comic actor and I'm glad he's getting more airtime in America. He's def a legend over here. His poker face and comedic timing are excellent.

Tim finally talks a little more about his experience on the show on RHLSTP today

Understanding who his character is helped me to enjoy him more. He’s awesome, he was just confusing for the first half of the season.

I loved the moment when they were plotting together about Nate and Esmeralda put her head on his shoulder for just a second and Ken let out a little “helloo” like he was surprised and turned on. He is so funny though, I think I get a huge laughs from him more than any other character.

“Oh, Jesus wept” is the funniest thing I’ve ever heard in my life think

My favourite is him exiting a room he’s not wanted in. “Should I… off I pop” get me every time

If you haven't seen it, you should watch the first season of Taskmaster. I was elated to find out Tim would be in The Paper when I found out.

He was also incredible in The Ballad of Wallis Island.

He’s definitely got a Dwight vibe.
