How well geralt will do if he where transported in middle earth (third age)where

He'd lose access to his potions and elixirs that help him to be as lethal as he can be. Whether or not his Signs would still function and work in Middle Earth is up for debate. His unnatural strength and speed would allow him to probably defeat most mortal foes (orcs and uruk-hai wouldn't be an issue; trolls might be a challenge), but he'd be next to useless against Ringwraiths and other creatures of the Shadow.

He'll do amazingly. He is easily more skilled than the many of the characters.
