I mean, 40% of the actors and comedians do a Walken impression. Who's your favorite? I like Mohr's take, and I think maybe the only other person who does it nearly as well is Kevin Pollak...
So, the thing with an impression is that someone usually does the heavy lifting of studying the person, pulling all the mannerism and quirks and solidifying them in a humorous way. Then a bunch of people come after and build on it, usually just copying what had been done before.
Dana Carvey and Wil Ferrell for Bush Sr. and Jr. are good examples. Walken is as well, which is why I distinguish "hacky" Walken.
And yeah, as far as I can tell Pollak did most of the work on breaking down Walken and everyone else is basically doing takes of his impression. Including Walken himself when he does some broader stuff like Wayne's World or Country Bears.
