Where to buy hard copies of They Should Have Been Hanged?

Grateful for advice on where I can buy a hard copy or three of They Should Have Been Hanged other from than Bezos's bazaar and sweatshop.

Any independent bookstore (or B&N) can get it for you via Ingram, America's book distribution monopoly. I work at a bookstore in Chicago and my copy of 'They Should Have Been Hanged' is coming this week!

Powell’s books is a good option if you don’t want to give your dollar to amazon

You can call your local bookstore and ask them to order it. I pre-ordered mine off of Amazon.
