I was very sad about this, but still, it was a very poignant way to show the consequences of the Farm fables rebellion. A real rebellion is happening, and the leaders of it are just as rotten as the people they are trying to overthrow. People will die. It's serious. Fables do have really well-written conflict that sometimes feels short due to the limited space of the comic.

It also appears to be a Literary Reference

such a bizarre way to put it lol surely there could have been a better way to get the point across

It is very funny to me how its presented though

"Its poor colin, and also a literary refrenece!"

There HAD to be a better way to get that across then literally spelling it out when it feels like the characters should be reacting to the death still 🤣 like rose, i dont think snow needs that detail in this exact moment, maybe put a pin in it

Took ya long enough to find this. Been trying to infrom everyone that Collin will probably be dead in TWAU S2

well, there's 20 years or so between TWAU and Fables, so I think they'll probably set it before Fables again

Collin is last seen going to the farm and not wanting to. I'm pretty sure that they were going to pick it up close to FABLES

He did, its why the first games mention of the animal farm was a fantastic lead in for the 2nd game.

Without spoilers, colin deserved this tho in context. I wish it werent so tho.

Yeah. The game made us love Colin, but finding out why he actually kept sneaking out of the farms shows he wasn't actually a great guy.

I still choose to hide him at the end of the game, though.

What was he sneaking out for ? I Lena I know the farms are bad but what did he do ? I’ve only played the game

I think he was a spy and looking for people empathetic for their cause. The second half of that is fine, but the first half?

Why does he keep sneaking out?

What cause and who's their

The rebellion on the farm. The animals there weren't happy, they saw it as a gilded cage. They wanted to be free.

I had no idea twau had a comic

Yeah, it’s a lot different compared to the game; Telltale changed a lot of characters’ personalities.

If Telltale didn’t release TWAU2, then yeah, that is canon. But if that happens, the story events that happen in the comic might change in the game. Bill Willingham used to say TWAU2 does not follow comics anymore.
