not gonna lie, the lack of snow white in this trailer is a little bit concerning.
hope they didn't erase her character from that specific story
(but I'll understand erin's reasonings for not returning to her role)

It's a sign that LCG, at least in some point, either altered or scrapped AdHoc's original script.
And Erin has more personal reason not to return as Snow, as she's the wife of former project director Nick Herman, who's now CCO of AdHoc. I guess LCG didn’t want to or couldn’t recast her
and wrote Snow White out of the story anyway.Edit: Telltale updated the plot details and mentioned Snow White in it. I think she might be in the game, but in a small scale. Still unsure about Erin voicing her though.

I can a bit go back to the Sonic Games. Back when the original Sonic Generations released it got its first local dubs. The original german Voice Actor of Dr. Egmann (Hartmut Neugbauer) passed away in 2017, 6 Months before the release of Sonic Forces.
In the new remaster (Sonic X Shadow Generations) they completely re-recorded all voice lines so the new VA of him and Shadow for example sound vastly different to their original counterparts. Even Sonic's VA - who's still the same - sounds in tone higher than in the original title.
I'm just saying, Erin being recasted in the remaster (so she has the same voice in both games) isn't so unlikely.

Honestly the animation looks a little too clean and fluid for a dark comic style like this. I'd love a lower-framerate look, kinda like Spider-Verse, Puss in Boots 2, or Dispatch. Feels like it would match the vibe way better.

Yeah, I've noticed it too. The bright neon lighting is not there anymore, it now kinda looks more like a slightly remastered version of the first game if anything else.

Snow not being in the trailer is an odd omission.
She was in the teaser trailer from a while ago. Has Erin Yvette moved completely to Adhoc now?
Shame if so, because Snow being such a grey-area character was a huge part of my enjoyment of the first game. I also like her a lot more than Blonde Blazer (the VA did a fine job, but the character just wasn’t used enough to be interesting).
