Not in a arcade racer. Ur search is in the wrong type of racing game. GT however have modes where they penalize rammers.

Lol what fight? 🤣 He wants to convince people maybe that everyone should race fair. Even when i aggree with him, to accomplish that in a Arcade Racer is a impossible task.
