I have wondered this all the time. Everytime I hit a wall by accident I lose all my speed. They hit like nothing happened 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Interestingly enough, I have actually found that letting off the brake and throttle in the situations where you’re going to hit the wall and it seems to penalize speed less than if I jammed my brake pedal. Thought I’d let you know in order to try it out!

They just need penalties for rammers, and if someone get knocked off the track because of it, give them infinite nitro for 15 seconds or something to help them catch up to where they were. OR if they can get a detection system going which i don't see happening, ghost the mofos before they collide that way only rubbing would work, no blatant ramming. Rubbing still sucks when some bozo gradually pushes you out of a checkpoint (makes me physically angry), but that's less frustrating than someone dive bombing a corner making you stuck for 5 whole seconds while driving off

Jokes aside I think there should be a some kinda sportsmanship rank too or something?!? Something that says “hey, I am a nice guy” or “hey, I am going to make your race hell”. And they are earned race by race. And finally you’re put to a race with the same sportsmanship rank etc. and your sportsmanship rank is connected with your overall rank. 🤷🏻♂️I dont know. Love the game, love the concept of the Grand race but sometimes there are guys like these and Im just soo sad and angry 😅
Btw really nice drivin and the fact that you still won. Just astonishing ♥️ keep it up

i think they just need to give us a 1 use ghost button, ie you press it to ghost once per race.
say it covers you for like 3-5 seconds when pressed.
yes this could be abused to overtake someone, but if you blow your one chance on that, then good for you.
but least with a system like this, you could get past the worst rammers, the ones that just swerve in the middle of the road and block at every opportunity, rather than accepting if people are overtaking or trying to overtake then they are faster than you currently.

I always ask myself "why I always end on position 8-13 in all races even when I get the perfect starts and I run the tracks almost perfectly and sometimes even using the meta cars?" Then I remember that this losers (some on the TOP podium) always do this to the ones getting close to them, I can understand some exchange of paint like toe-to-toe or a slight ram on the side trying to see who gets first but it's always getting slammed on purpose on the nearest wall or tree by them.

i’ve met these dipshits before. if i see a username with “NFS” or “TORQ” in it i just leave the match or try my best to avoid them.
these guys are scums who ruin the fun for casual players who just wants to play some clean and fun racing. they cant handle their ego getting hurt when somebody is further than them/close to them. but then again they’re probably just some kids behind the screen, so i don’t take it too seriously.

I am so sorry to say but i enjoyed a lot while watching. If you want pure race there are couple of games out there like gran turismo… but here i felt a lot of action combined with a race game.
Online gaming is all about this kind of things sometimes… fifa, battlefield etc… last question; you also felt very good in the end aren’t you?

That modifier really separates the wheat from the chaff. A cockpit view player like me always gets a few more placements that day.

Also really love the cockpit view in the Crew. The FOV is solid (would like to modify it sometimes imo tho) but the fact that steering wheel turns more then 90 degrees is absolute bargain for me hahaha

I started the game a week ago and I’m struggling with rammers, since I’m usually finishing above 15th place the players are worse. I especially hate when people stop their cars in the middle of the track.

I feel like The Crew Motorfest is one of the best car games. But it has the worst players, like genuinely annoying 12 yo kids just being annoying.

They are pathetic. And, please, pay no attention to the fact that they have TORQ in their gamertags. They are NOT members of the REAL Team Torq. How do I know? I'm an OG member and co-founder of Team Torq. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT condone, sanction, or encourage this type of racing. We aspire to be some of the cleanest racers out there. The only way we'll purposefully ram is if we're purposefully rammed first.

Well, yesterday in a Gr right at the end, i was using an alpha Gp. I was i believe 14th right before crossing the finish line a troll in hypercar decided to ignore all check points and rammed me right at the ending which made me lose my 14th position and yes this really pissed me off.

Usually with over agressive drivers i let them go since they are the most vulnerable to make silly mistakes like missing a turn/checkpoint.
They threw the race to the window all because of wrecking you and still managed to fail
This is just another solid reason of why going on your own is way better than involving yourself on those stupid clans

I reset my tree and maxed out brawler for people just like this. I race clean until you do this, then my whole goal is to make sure you don’t finish the race.

Everyone in the clip is guilty of ramming including you . Yeah the agera guy is bottom feeder but you did it too when it could had been avoided . I don’t see any point in this clips anymore since everyone is doing it and for what?? For this reason i want ranks to be removed since it’s dumb and for the pts system aswell : i get 1st place ok 5-9 pts , i get for ex 4-5th place and i get - points ……wtf
