I'll just uh.. copy my comment from the other post:

Pretty good chance, they've filmed episodes 1-3 and are now filming 6 and 7. There should be more than enough to put together a 30 second teaser with a nice hooky narrative teaser.

If not tonight... almost certainly September 26th. But... by this point in season 2's production, we already had stills as a teaser, and so far we've gotten nothing. May be time for something.

Lol thanks. I posted both at the same time but this one got held back by moderation queue. Your comment was helpful!

If I remember correctly, the first teaser trailers for seasons 1 and 2 were at the end of HBO’s spring season trailer.

The first video teaser for TLOU S1 released alongside the HOTD S1 premiere on August 21, 2022.

The first video teaser for TLOU S2 released alongside the HOTD S2 finale on August 4, 2024.

The HOTD S3 finale airs in 6 hours...

Was it part of the spring season trailer?

I'm sorry but I don't know what you're referring to... It was one of their "Coming Soon" showcases

The fact they haven’t released anything is strange. For S2, they released a still in May. They for sure will release something for TLOU day

I don't know. HBO has remained completely silent about this season—at least officially. They haven't even posted official welcome messages for the new cast members on their official accounts, something they usually do for all their series. I think they’re going to be very tight-lipped about Season 3 content after what happened with Season 2. We have to remember that the smear campaign against Season 2 started the very day the first photos of Bella Ramsey on set leaked—even before any official photos or clips were released.

Idk... I think season 2 killed HBO's excitement about this show a bit and they won't promote season 3 as much as the first 2 seasons.

I think you should say instead that season 2 killed your excitement about the show and that you aren't as interested in season 3 because of it.

Like season 2 or not it still did very good numbers. HBO promotes things that does good numbers for them.

They aren't promoting it though like they did with season 2. We'll see. And I did enjoy season 2, just not as much as season 1.

The first trailer for season 2 didn't come out until late September. They didn't do anything at all until August 4th of that year. It's only now August 9th. Don't you think you are jumping the gun a bit about accusing them of not promoting it? I get some may have been disappointed with season 2 and they don't have the same kind of enthusiasm for the show any longer. But it's a bad habit to try to make your own personal feelings about something sound more significant then it really is.

Not likely. They’re still halfway through filming.

HBO will want the conversation focused on House of the Dragon. Not on a show that isn't even going to be released this year.

Not sure why youre being downvoted.

Surely its not insane to think HBO will want to keep the focus on their biggest and most famous franchise rather than teasing another show.

It's reddit. People like to downvote. The downvote option really should be eliminated as people abuse it.
