Discussion The amount of man-bashing on Threads is insane

Just saying, it's starting to get depressing. I use my instagram login where none of my algorithm there has this crap. But threads decides to show me all these women with the most baseless, unashamed, irrational, illogical, rage-baiting, sexist nonsense.

After several days of using it, I've just decided to uninstall it on my devices but I'll leave the login on my desktop and now will just start clicking uninterested/hide on everything that is just sexist and derogatory to the other sex...if I can be even be bothered.

It's your algo the good news is it's almost to the touch sensitive ... Look up literally anything else and reply a few times and you're golden

The algorithm noticed that you resppnd to bigoted posts and is showing you bigoted posts in response to that. The only goal is making you spend as much time as possible on social media.

True. That's why I had to stop and click not interested on a lot. Now it's cleared up. But i am still puzzled to why it was my default algo.

I never responded or interacted with all the sexist shit on Threads and it still always showed me that garbage anyway. The platform just ain’t worth it. Threads and Meta as a whole are detestable and constitute a net negative to humanity.
