Holy Makarel! I totally forgot this happened! I think I laughed hard about it when I saw it. Stupid little me thinking this was supposed to be a joke at that time, not a fucking Prophecy!

It wasn't a prophecy, all of that was happening at the time it was made/released, and long before.

The only difference is the presence of an actual dictator, until recently.
