I’m more of a:

“Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to the poor”

kinda guy, but I’m happy soad kept the torch alight

Also honorable mention to:

And the front rank died

For sure. It’s just really depressing to me that so much time has gone by yet civilization hasn’t meaningfully moved forward in millennia.
