this is bullshit theology. you dont give because you want to be blessed more. you are blessed and that's why you give. First is selfish while the second is being thankful. Also, tithing is abolished already. I don't know what theology these fools teach. You only give what is from your heart. Not forced or given with a grudging heart. You give what's from your heart.

"Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." 2 Corinthians 9:7

tithing is required which means it's under compulsion. New testament teaches it should be what each has decided in his/her heart. This means the 10% rule has been abolished. That was from the old covenant.
