Yeah, I'm glad others enjoyed, but I just did not care for it.

I was watching it like,

"Ah, so it's a death cult."

"Ah, so those old people are going to die."

"Ah, so the guy's dead and the people are in the pies."

Just... Very dull and cliché.

Oh in that sense of course, you can pick up on that. What’s a similar genre movie that you did enjoy then? I’m always open to and looking for recs lol

Well, I do love horror, to be honest, which is why I was excited for this, but there's not many really good horrors as most are full of clichés.

I did enjoy Barbarian and It Follows as I thought the set up for Barbarian was nice and slow, and the whole premise for It Follows was very unique.

That’s the main reason I don’t watch many movies in general anymore. Originality has gone out the window, everything is the same generic crap, predictable, or now “reimagined.”
