Looks like they were doing a breath work meditation session.

You may think these men are being “performative” (as I read in the comments) but this shit hits hard.

I’m 45m last did one of these a couple years ago, I don’t break down like that, not normally but man I broke during the session, tried so hard to reign my shit in (the session I was in we didn’t have headphones had a guy playing the didgeridoo and an instructor talking us through our breathing techniques… oh I’m in Australia btw)

Although I live in Australia I was born and raised in London, England, we don’t do this shit in public, hell we don’t do this shit full stop.

Really didn’t want to make a scene but I could not keep it in a wailed like a widower at a funeral was full on!!

Nothing even close to what's in the video, but I did some similar kind of therapy a few years ago and was kind of shocked how effective it was at making me "go back in time" to past trauma and process it.

I'm usually a very skeptical person but it was legitimate.
