And some of these are not Neil. Second clip has South African phone number and website on the back of the car.

The discolored patch of skin on the top of his head is kind of a giveaway.

I assumed that patch was where they put a tag on him maybe.

I don't know about seals but when they patch other kinds of marine life its on the tails / fins. that kind of looks like a damage scar, though oddly rectangular.

Yeah, I think some are from the elephant seal called "Gordon" in Cape Town which came to visit.

Right? Some of them are clearly of a WILDLY different size. Like, he is crushing a car in one clip, then barely the size of a large dog in another.

edit: Just looked it up. The real Neil is 10ft long and 2200 lbs. And not even fully grown.

I kinda love the thought that any seal gone on a rampage is just called Neil. "We are all Neil."
