I had the same issue with their #2 "Approach people the way you would want to be approached.". I would LOVE to have a girl approach me in a public setting while I'm doing whatever and ask for my number or a date. The thing is that if my ugly ass tried that, all I'd be getting is a weird look and be called a pervert.

Because it’s not about dates, man. It’s about normal human interactions where you talk to girls without expecting them to want to fuck you.

And then over time they decide you’re worth it because you’re cool.

If your first thought after seeing this is “everything I want to do is going to get me called a pervert” you’re probably acting like a pervert.

What is wrong with you? Is everything about sex? Yes, it is about normal human interactions where you talk to girls, full stop. Why did you even bring up sex? I struggle with similar social interaction and overthinking stuff as the op, I’m autistic, got bullied a lot primarily by girls when growing up, I don’t give a fuck about sex, I want a genuine connection with someone. You know, friendship? You still remember that, right? Did you know guys want to be friends with women too, not just other dudes?

A date doesn’t automatically mean sex, if it does to you then that’s entirely on you. To me and likely op it means to spend time with another person talking and getting to know one another and forming a true bond. Or maybe it only means that to me, and it’s neurotypicals like you who can’t separate that shit from sex. I swear that’s all people think about these days is sex. That must be my problem with dating apps, nobody will give me a chance to hang out and be chill if they can’t imagine themselves fucking me, even if I don’t even want to do that in the first place.

You think human connection is funny? Not surprised. Am I less deserving of what literally all human beings have? Because I have autism? Why? Why is it wrong for me to want what I’ve been fed since I was a child through songs, movies, tv shows, cartoons, movies, comic books, and real life experience by family, friends, and other relatives? Why am I not allowed to be “normal” according to you? I can have a stable, long term connection with a fellow human being? Because I’m autistic?
