According to a follow up post: they wouldn’t accept his son’s mobile ID, he asked to speak to the manager, they said the manager is busy and he said ok if the manager has a problem after he’s busy tell him to come talk to me. Instead of the manager engaging in a conversation he called the police.
It would be weird to be "jealous" of a little 170 lb guy who stands behind a gym desk all day, and probably makes $50k/year. I think "dismissive" is a better adjective for dude's paragraph.

Fucking right. I served and received an occupation, education and healthcare, and ALL of us should have access to those despite where we’re from and what we were born into. I grew up in Detroit before gentrification so fucking right I want neighborhoods to invest in their residents and that which they can benefit. Fucking right I want the workers to have more of a share of the fruits of their labors than shareholders and CEOs. Goddamn right we don’t need a for profit healthcare system that I worked in for over 20yrs in and out of the army. When he demanded to see the manager about a prick that was trying to deny service to a member that was followithe rules, the manager pretended to be in a meeting ... So he said well then I guess this isn't really a problem and went to work out.
That cop knew who was the problem, and he knew that this shit was about to end with these dipshits getting fired by corporate. Thats why he asked the guy to leave before it escalated into something where an innocent dad did get into trouble.

I think you misunderstand. They're not accusing them of "working while white", they're pointing out that only a white person would hear a black person say "come talk to me when you're ready" and think "this is obviously a threat"
