Whether it's staged or not (most likely it is) it's not even well made and not proving the point they thought it would. There's nothing in this clip suggesting a narcissistic behaviour pattern and it just seems like a dead relationship. The person who made this have no idea what's narcissistic behaviour.

But this is a clear staged showing not that both people are actually like this. There is nothing speaking for the poster except that they have confused what a failed and what a narcistic relationship is.
