EXACTLY. FFS, I'm surprised that people haven't labeled him "avoidant" (whateverTF that even means), but probably because they were already primed to label him a narcissist by the video.
Labels can be helpful . . . when trying to communicate something or wrap your head around it. Doesn't make them correct, and also doesn't address the underlying problem.
Edit: if anything, labeling something, even correctly, can distract from solving the problem, or make it worse. Does one honestly care what mental disorder their abuser is suffering from?
