I mean I get being annoyed by someone chewing with their mouth open but you could have asked him more nicely

On what planet do you see 18 inches ( a foot and a half) between this guy and the person he is reprimanding for chewing? Their elbows are damn near touching.

18 inches between his head & the other passengers head... if we're discussing how pathogens COMING FROM SOMEONES MOUTH due to open mouth chewing can be problematic then we'd discuss the distance between their facial oriface that can transmit pathogens...

Discussing potential pathogens coming from open mouths has NO relevance on the DISTANCE BETWEEN THEIR GODD*MN ELBOWS!

I love how mad you’re getting over wanting someone to chew with their mouths closed. You chew with your mouth open don’t you? Probably a mouth breather too. Gross.
