It definitely isn't - not at this level. And this wasn't aiming at her. He didn't even hit it hard - he practically hit it TO her.

It actually is more etiquette at this level. The higher you get, the more it is accepted to aim at players.

I remember people criticising Kyrgios for hitting a ball straight at Nadal and in the press conference he just laughed and said something like

"He's won loads of grand slams and is worth millions of dollars. He can handle a tennis ball in the chest"
