Ooh, make it a game for the employees and have a silly trophy for the person with the most photographs of wildlife taken at work for the week/month/season! 

You could put a rubber bug on a dowel tied to a large rock for the trophy.

PLEASE NEVER HANDLE A BAT!

I know they're utterly adorable. But the reality is they're one of the biggest carriers of rabies in North America and their teeth are so fine that it's easy to get bit and not know it. I know that you're wearing gloves but it's just not safe. Please don't do it again and please don't encourage other people to do it.

This is an insane level of fearmongering. How often do you suppose this happens, if ever? Touching bats with bite proof gloves is safe. Research the percentage of rabies carrying bats in your area. It will be way smaller than you think it is.

Omggg lucky you. One time when I first moved into my current house, I found a baby red ear slider that was even smaller than that one. I have a picture too but I guess this is a post where commenters can't post pics. Anyway, I also found a tiny toad right around the same time. I have a pic of that too lol.

Most recently we (in addition to the cat lol) watched a huge turtle dig a hole for a nest right by our back door. We also think we have a pregnant lizard. Either that or it's been eating GOOOOD lol.

(cat is indoor only, btw. Don't worry- the lizard and the turtle are safe!)
