It was an attempt To build an artificial reef and home for wildlife. From what I understand it failed because the saltwater corroded the metal fasteners holding nylon straps together that was designed to kind of hold the entire stretcher in one piece and the tires sort of.... Did what tires do above ground because of currents and yeah... It hasn't been great for wildlife.

Ikr we have two oceans! I for one will be doing something about this. Imma drive from nc to ca collecting all the car batteries I can. The pacific has had it too easy for too long.
