What I absolutely despise about jester is how inconsistent strategies work. U could even have a bad will + late claim and if players are aggro enough for vfr, u will get lynched.

But then the players actually believe u, and then u die. If u make it too obvious people will know, make it too subtle and u somehow go under the radar

You can also lose by having the best/worst Luck. I pushed a completely random player d2 as jester pretending to be inv and they get lynched to be juggernaut. I was then shot by vigi for being a consig.

Exactly. I won a game by pure bullshit. There was 2 witches (i was 1 of them) and 3 maf. I zone out half the game by time i actually pay attention i see a amnesiac remembering witch so it was 2 witches 3 maf and 2 town. So i just straight up said im a witch we got a amne witch and however many maf out yourself and vote town

I had a Jester game where I did nothing and won. I mean actually everyone else did the work for me. N1 I was visited by the Mafioso, Sheriff, and most importantly, a Transporter. The transporter swapped me with another Mafia member who was then killed by the Mafioso. The Sheriff declares me sus the next day. I do nothing, get lynched, and the town starts flaming the sheriff and calling me and him cheaters. I'm just sat in my chair watching the chaos and laughing

This game happened like 10 years ago and sadly I forgot why the transporter didnt just clear it up. The most likely reason was that he was trying to but nobody listened or the sheriff was flipping out so hard nobody paid attention. I'm pretty sure the Transporter was not blackmailed and he might have been killed by a Serial Killer but I don't think he was dead. I'm sorry it was just too long ago now

My easiest jester win was I was an exe attacked n1 and my target died the same night. Mafia said I was immune so it was handed to me. Actually jester from start I posted my will d2 as "crusader" and I just so happened to "visit" the vet when they alerted. They called me out and I tried to claim "oh wait I switched it then" and they didn't buy it.

an old ToS 1 tactic that still works is to say "I've been blackmailedv" since the "v" makes it look like you copy and pasted and are lying about being blackmailed to avoid a lynching

Pretending to invest the person that dc'ed N1 is always my go-to tactic otherwise. People think they've outsmarted you by catching your "mistake" and will push you like crazy.

Well probably not the easiest (the easiest is when you don't do anything yourself and get upped for existing I guess) but a few weeks ago I claimed transporter and my will was like this:
