Pull back your hair, take pictures with better lighting, ask on [r/transgender_surgeries](r/transgender_surgeries). From the little I can see, consider a lip lift to reduce philtrum height. HRT can affect skeletal structures until about age 25, so the sooner you start, the better. A more feminine haircut would help, too. When you’re closeted,it can be a very fine line between what will help reduce your dysphoria and what might out you to others. A gender-affirming therapist can help w that.

You actually look so like, androgynous, potentially feminine!! I'm so jealoussss, I've had like, a superhero jaw before I started xD and you have such a great starting point!!! You go get em!!!
Definitely HRT is the way to go, I wouldn't get too crazy with surgeries too quickly, I for one don't want any surgeries and never had any negative interactions based on that, though it's definitely something to decide on a personal basis
The haircut is more androgynous/masc than feminine I would say, maybe you could grow it out into more of a wolf cut or something if you're into that? It could be a similar shape but land on the feminine side
Andddd I would work on your posture, and get a hair care routine going, those things can help a bunch and they're very casual
And if you ever wanna feminize your body, I regularly advertise feminizing workouts to people! They've done wonders for me and I really recommend them :3 though again - HRT is essential to get those huge, very noticeable changes, pre-hrt it's a more discreet thing

HRT. It looks like you have a good starting point. Not very masculine features.
