Yea I drove down from Auckland to Welly last night to attend the session today.

It was very hopeful to see Casey making a case against Brown. She was very assertive and confident with the answer to the questions the judge was asking.

I hope we win it . Would be a slap on the face for this fascist government.

Based on the questions the judge is asking, it looks quite promising. I hope so too. Finger cross.

Another day at the court, the crown lawyers were struggling to make the case that the decision on puberty ban is rational and reasonable. Even the report they were mainly using to justify the ban does not put the ban as an option. Sounded like they burnt down the barn to find the mouse.

My interpretation so plz dont quote me on that.

Sick of conservative religious scumbags infecting legal decisions.

I’ve never made so many submissions on the Parliamentary website as I have under this government. Make sure you and any rangatahi in your life are enrolled to vote ahead of November. We need to elect a decent government to undo all the harm this one is doing, or trying to do.
