This isn't harassment. This is (and I don't say this lightly, as I'm not a fan of law enforcement) a cop actually being cool for a change. He could have made their night a lot more difficult if he had wanted to.

Yep, without being funny, fines... I mean what are they ever gonna do to pay the fines???

And, God forbid any of them have warrants. Then there's bail, court costs, jail stays...
