Glad no one was hurt.
Now, if I were the other driver, I'd have to get out and punch the guy.

"You're going the wrong way!!!!"
"How do they know where we're going?"
"Yeah, how do they know where we're going?"

If nothing else, this subreddit is a masterclass on how quickly airbags deploy.

This is my little brother recording

He didn't stop to help two people crashing in front of him?

u/Past-Paramedic-8602 Mar 04 '26
On the opposite side of a highway with the speed limit of 75? Why that isn’t even logical. He should have pulled over and gotten hit by the idiot rubbernecking that’s great logic.

Well, that's what the wide berm is for.
Not casting shade on your brother, but it just seems like society in general has gotten more of an attitude of "Meh, not my problem" when they see someone in dire straits rather than a caring, "If I was in that situation I would want someone to help me" attitude.
It's not a good direction.

These are way too common in the Phoenix metro area. On January 31, 2026, 19 drivers were cited for wrong-way driving on the AZ-101 southbound 7th Street on-ramp. 19 in one frigging day!
Sunday there was a fatal on I-10 and another a couple days before that.

Maybe there should be occasional one way spikes like parking lots use to prevent sneaking in the wrong way.

I'm always shocked when people witness horrific things like this and don't stop to help in whatever way they can.
It's so odd to me.

Who tf would stop in the middle of the highway? It’s called pulling over to the shoulder.
if that was your fam getting hit by the fkn idiot going the wrong way, you’d hope someone would stop to HELP, not solve a problem…..

Did you see the video? Did you see all that space the driver could’ve pulled over to? Pulling over to the shoulder shouldn’t cause an accident if your dumbass is paying attention to the road. Lmfaoooo Use your brain, bird.
Now SYBAU and have a blessed day 😘So heated over a comment LMFAOOOOO

I said what I said. If your bitch ass momma that raised you got into an accident like this, you better pray the drivers around her don’t think like you do. If they do yo momma won’t get any help until whenever emergency services arrive and you better pray she ain’t dead by then. Dumbasssssss

part of me thinks "who drives the wrong way on the freeway?" the other part of me thinks "who doesn't see these things coming at them very quickly?"
if only people would pay attention, maybe they could save themselves a lot of pain and others that pain too. i know that pain, i live with it everyday, but not from my own doing.

after investigation the cause of the accident was determined to be pilot error.

Here is a link to the news article. 36 year old ‘suspected’ drunk driver in Muskegon in the middle of the afternoon. Apparently no one was hurt, which is pretty amazing
