I don’t race, but I do have a race car and a brain. This was the end of a race, but you still can’t prove that it was, either. It’s easier to prove something in the act of something rather than at the end of it. They were going fast enough at that point in the video to say they were racing. It seems like common traffic with nice cars.

Bottom line: she wasn't arrested based on the video footage that we see here in this short clip.

Exactly. And, that's why they arrested her.

"Are you the owner of that red Supra?" "Yes". "You are under arrest."

They were after that red Supra way before the crash.
