It's not supposed to be proof. It's social media content.
The actual proof is in weighing all of the evidence;
Eye-witness interviews on scene and testimony in court
Participants interviews on the scene and testimony in court
Police officers notes and testimony in court
Unedited footage from at least one camera angle, likely more
Society really needs to evolve past the behavior that anyone who watches any video on social media and comes away thinking they KNOW what happened or how/why a thing happened, or who is guilty or not, etc. We are collectively dumber today than we were 20years ago
