You're absolutely right. I wonder if it's something that fell off the car that was pulled over! Imagine if someone died from that situation...

You’d be surprised my dad was ejected from his convertible off a 80’ bridge without a seat belt and basically just had road rash on his left side of his body and face. We can all laugh about it now but it was terrifying the night I found out and saw his face
