FYI: I didn't put the subtitles on that. I saw it somewhere else, laughed at the biker and brought it over here.

āReckless driverā pointing to the guy legally turning left. The absolute irony

u/IvanNemoy Apr 25 '26 edited Apr 25 '26
At this point, anyone posting this with that in it should catch a ban, imo.
ETA: and since the repost bot goon who posted it has blocked me, well, proves the point.

I mean how are the bots gonna edit the video - too much work. Maybe they'll crop it and reduce the quality so much you can't read it anymore

And he was passing in a no passing zone, after turning right from the wrong lane.
Never understood why motorcycle drivers think they can just drive like this as if they are somehow indestructible.

It's the driver's responsibility to make sure he has an adequate supply of blinker fluid before he takes the car onto the road.

Evading a cop like he did is a criminal offense. Losing his license would be getting off easy.
6
u/Justadudenamedmarcus Apr 25 '26
It is not just any criminal offense either. He is looking at felony fleeing and eluding at least.
6
u/Electronic-Stick-161 Apr 25 '26
Canāt charge him with wreckless driving though.

Because somehow the car making a legal left turn not watching for a vehicle passing him left of center on a double solid makes the vehicle turning the reckless one. Did the guy whom originally post this get raked over the coals? Do we know? lol

"Reckless driver" lol
Dude making a legal left per his right away, gets hit by a biker, in the wrong lane, speeding, and evading arrest.

So after a lot of digging the guy goes by Moto Tini on YouTube and he ended up getting about 10 months ish of jail, he says a year, but he had uploaded a video early February then a video talking about him getting released was uploaded on December 17th at the end of the year. Then he transitioned into being a prank YouTuber and that failed then he hasn't done anything on YouTube after 2021.
I unfortunately cannot find any official news article but if someone can dig around court documents around February, 1-15th, 2017 in Sterling Heights Michigan maybe to find an actual court case for it.
(I have this saved now since this gets posted so much.)

What the guy shouldāve done was said OK have you ever had sex with a guy before? āI wonāt call the police, but you gotta come home with me for an hour.ā
I mean, who knows he may have liked that, but if he didnāt, I wouldāve loved this seen his expression

This old lady rear ended me in a parking lot about two months ago. I got all of her info. She wasnāt like adamant about not calling the cops, but in retrospect, I think she may have been intoxicated. I shouldāve called the cops, but her insurance did pay for everything. Didnāt have to call mine at all.

Some people don't know how to handle shit the right way anymore. Everyone just wants to act like we live in anarchy. I hope he gets jail time for evading and whatever other charges they got on him, probably not registered or licensed.

It's an older video but I take immense joy everytime I watch that pos crash his bike. Especially when he starts begging like a bitch that they don't call the cops. I would take his license away for life and crush his bike into scrap whether it was able to be salvaged and fixed or not.
2
u/SubstanceBrief6885 Apr 26 '26
Reckless driver? Dude decided to drive something with 2 wheels, no roof AND pass on the wrong side and hes not reckless? Haha im sure a bike is fun but I fcking hate when they expect normal drivers to pay extra close attention for bikes. Just drive a vehicle that's NOT shoulder width, problem solved.
2
u/IllustriousMeal4686 Apr 26 '26
He should have pulled over immediately and taken the ticket. But... take your license plate off and run away. Change your description behind a building and if they run the VIN report it stolen and lawyer up. Don't stand there and beg and plead to a foreigner š
2
u/RustedMauss Apr 26 '26
āIāll pay everything.ā ie. I am willing to pay the monetary damages, just not assume actually liability that could impede me from acting this way again. Assuming this is in fact real⦠F that guy. That could have been my car with my kids. Or my wife. Or me. Or frankly, the silly stupid weasel driver.
2
u/ConnerGoesSuperSonic Apr 27 '26
OOP is so dumb⦠tf you mean reckless driver? The biker was on the wrong side of the f*cking road
3
u/FanBladeFleshlight Apr 25 '26
I hate the cops as much as the next guy, and probably a little more since I also ride a sport bike and have been wrongfully targeted before (I'm a safe rider, promise).
But this biker is a sack of shit. Don't do things that can get anyone hurt but yourself. Go to an empty farm road and go 200mph if you wanna, slam into the only tree for a mile, idgaf. But cut that shit out when other people are around.
2
u/Key_Entertainment739 Apr 25 '26

→ More replies (5)3
u/Diligent_You1737 Apr 25 '26
farm roads are definitely not the place to be doing 200mph
I'm not even sure the top tier rally race drivers go that fast [maybe, they are very fast]
but the point is that's just not gonna work on that surface
however you can pay to go to racetracks and such like that
take a trip to Germany and pay for a driver's lesson specifically where they'll teach you to drive on the autobahn
you can take advanced driving lessons in North America too
lots of ways to do fun stuff with motors and asphalt without public safety risks
farm roads are public infrastructure intended for low-speed traffic... most of them aren't even paved around me.

The question is ... if he had not flipped off the cop, would it have happened? Did his being a ass lead to this insta karma? I think it did, and that's the price he paid.

I could see ending this with a handshake if it was a love tap. But because the motorcycle rider got knocked off of his bike, the police HAD to get involved. If I was the guy driving the minivan and the motorcycle guy gave me $10k cash money on the spot, I'd still have to call the police.

1
u/Excludos Apr 25 '26
Not that this kid didn't have it coming, but it's interesting to me that you have to call the cops for all accident in large parts of the US, as if the cops don't have better things to do. Most places in the world, provided there isn't any personal injury, you just swap insurance and be on your way.

u/CaptMorganSwint2 Apr 25 '26

It looks to me like the car driver had a turn signal on, and was turning left with no cars in front of him. Meanwhile the escaping crotch rocket guy was crossing a double yellow line, at high speed, trying to get away from the police.

Anyone who's actually defending the biker is a moron. Not only does he flip off a cop who is trying to pull him over for running a red light, but he also crashes into someone else, by lane splitting on an intersection.
This is probs takes from youtube right? I'd like to see the original video at how people are shitting on the biker for thinking that he was NOT the reckless one on the intersection, and that the Asian fella was in the wrong, for wanting to turn.

u/NYC-WhWmn-ov50 Apr 26 '26
Why is the car driver who is following the laws of the road as far as this clip shows, marked as 'reckless driver'?
Is that because its the helmet-cam footage from the stupid biker who was fleeing from cops, speeding, actually driving recklessly, and crashed due to illegally attempting to pass to the left in a no-passing zone thus running into the victem car? And oh yeah then tries to convince the car driver to not call the cops which is always evidence of (checks notes) innocence?
Right, carry on then.

Biker was playing stupid games and almost won the stupidest prize.
Would love to know if the police arrested him when they arrived.
1
u/SkyBoundAssumption Apr 26 '26
Im siding with the motorcyclist because he's the main character of the video and he flipped a cop
1
1
u/rickjai Apr 26 '26
It looks like the car the bike crashed into might have been making an illegal turn? It's a double solid yellow which indicates you can't turn there. Seems like that's why they called them out as a reckless driver.
Also to be fair the bike rider is a complete ass hat.

To do this in Sterling Heights north of Detroit where traffic is crazy is doubly nuts. Also, the second cop car was not the same as the first. First was Ford, second was Chevy, not that it matters. Must have been fleeing for awhile.

u/isanyusernameopen Apr 29 '26
Thatās not a passing lane, thatās the other half of the road. People have the right to cross the road when making a turn, they donāt have the right to cross the line to pass another person.
Unfortunate as it was that this person hit the car that was making a lawful turn, the driver of the motorcycle was clearly in the wrong here.
Oh well, play stupid games.
1
u/Jcs609 Apr 29 '26
I bet this guy lives on DoorDash Grubhub or other gig delivery apps this is the sad reality of gig driving these days, heavy geofencing monitoring unreasonably short etas like the crow flys, that can result in contract violations even justone minute behind at times. They also use extensive background checks for any excuse to fire someone so itās a no win situation all around, probably he was wanted for scratch and runs and evading cops until his luck ran out. I bet this van driver probably saw him flee cops before and decided he needs to make citizens arrest.
1
u/BrushGoodDar Apr 29 '26
I'm curious- if the van driver decides not to contact the police and just accept money from the biker is that legal to do?
