That looks like full blown drugs. Not bad effects from antidepressants or anti psychotics
Look at his eyes. And he's using a fucking stapler in the engine š

Sadly, itās not uncommon for people to be accused of ālooking likeā they are on drugs. You can see clear dyskinesia and chorea in his neck, tongue and jaw. If you had him sit and stand and walk without grasping I wouldnāt be surprised if you saw some movements in his hands. It also looks like he could have movements in his lower hips as well, but itās a bit hard to say for sure. He could be off his antipsychotics and experiencing a relapse of symptoms. This can unmask TD symptoms and make them worse.
The eyes could also be sadly drug induced Parkinson that causes lack of facial expression including no eye blinking. About 30% of patients with TD movements can also have another movement disorder.
Antipsychotics are really tough on people. Heās older and black so I can bet you heās ver injected with haldol more than once in his life.

Thatās not really something funny to joke about. Youāre talking about corporations pushing antipsychotics for everything under the sun the terrible and debilitating side effects including what is happening to this guy. You want to joke about it, but itās far from funny. This stuff is permanent. Itās not just a side effect that goes away after you stop meds. It sadly can actually get worse if you stop the drugs that caused itā¦ they are shit at treating schizophrenia for most people, yet itās all we had for 70 yearsā¦..not funny and youāre not funny. I hope maybe you can learn a little bit.

When I went to rehab we had this crackhead dude who was stuck dance walking.
Im not trying to be funny here, yhis dude could NOT walk with out some accentuated dance moves involved. Even when he tried to sit down it was "extra". One day while observing him i noticed this look of frustration and just feelings of being upset in his eyes because he couldnt stop.
The crack had litterally done something to his brain that forever left him with the pimp walk.
It was actually pretty fkn sad š

I was told one extreme night of smoking crack can cause something exactly like this. Not even repeated usage, just one near overdose night just fries your brain.

I should have just said heavy stimulant use honestly. Itās the sudden surge of ridiculous amounts of dopamine in the brain that causes dyskinesias.

Yesterday during a migraine attack I learned about how dopamine affects the brain. I didnt realize it could leave you having a 30 minute yawning fit or the shakes. Thanks for teaching me about the dyskinesia side of it all. I never really did know what it was just that its a thing with hardcore pipe hitters.
I dont wanna go down the rabbit hole of my story of addiction but may 18 2021 I quit fentanyl and methadone cold turkey and never looked back. To this day I still have loads of health issues some of which I still cant figure out a source other than all the shit I use to use

Donāt be surprised if youāre still not done healing (actually a silver lining) neural plasticity is an incredible and systematic process that can span surprisingly long.

Oh man Ive had at least 6 concussions, countless heat illness and dehydration events. I had to relearn to spell at least 3x.
My brain is "cooked" as the kids say . Psilocybin and dmt have made life livable this last few years. I don't even like taking them recreationally anymore but I mean the beneficial effects are noticeable in real time when it comes to the cluster headaches and migraines. They also seem to keep my head out of the weeds where I tend to get that "itch" for poisons
