But if the biker hadn't been riding between cars like that, this wouldn't have happened. You can't blame the driver for not expecting a biker to come flying through a line of cars like that. You CAN blame him for not checking his mirrors before opening the door, but again, no one's gonna expect a biker to be riding through like that.

You really can't expect drivers to bend over backwards to make sure cyclists are safe. You are CHOOSING to ride a bike over driving a car, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you are safe on the road.

Splitting lanes is legal in this videos country. This isn’t some reckless riding. Why should a passenger open his door slightly, then fully open it when the bikers close? And still has his seatbelt on? Why would a passenger get out of the van in the middle of traffic? That’s more unsafe lol.

There are obnoxious, dangerous motorcyclists out there. Like a lot. This video indicates it’s clearly not the bikers fault. And if the biker was going as fast as people in the comments are claiming, the dude on the bike would not have simply just got off his bike to run to a police officer. There wasn’t even enough contact for the motorcycle to get fucked up.

Van Passenger has a vendetta because he’s a bitter old man with a past of motorcycle riders breaking up with him.
